ACADEMY NUMBERS 1:
NUMBERS 1 IS BORN ... GOALKEEPER BECOMES
Born 7 years ago from an idea of Pietro Pellegrini and Alfredo Viscardi, the ACADEMY covers the goalkeeper area of the SSD SESTO 2012 with the aim of giving importance to the most particular and delicate role of football.
The main objective of our technicians is to train the NUMBERS 1 of the Company from a technical, athletic and human point of view.
In addition to situational training with the team, our goalkeepers are engaged in dedicated ONE-TO-ONE training sessions.
One hour a week the work is dedicated to perfecting
the technical gesture and carried out in groups divided by age ' football '.
A very useful moment of aggregation also from a social as well as a technical point of view, always respecting the development and growth of the child.
A different approach and training methodology is dedicated to each age group: playful for the little ones, physical for the older ones.
The common
goal remains to become NUMBER 1, both technically and humanly.
